Campaign for 2012 National Nutrition Month.<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h1>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"color: #003366;\"><em><strong>Here are their tips from the campaign to shape your plate:<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/h3>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Think about what you are putting on your plate.<\/li>\n<li>Make half your plate fruits and vegetables.<\/li>\n<li>Choose &#8220;reduced sodium&#8221;
